Incase you have lost a genuine site, all you can do is apply for inclusion again. So avoid tinkering with the Big Daddy before he gets serious about you.

I had noticed that for some of my sites, when I changed my site structure and content, some of my pages were de-listed and I also lost some rankings – but it was only for a short duration. My rankings returned after about 3-4 weeks.
